"I SACRIFICED FOR MY DAD!!!"

"76 soldiers of Central Reserve Police Force were killed in a Maoist Attack---Turning emotional,our honourable Home Minister PC said in a choked voice that he had resigned from the ministry owning moral responsibility in the wake of the massacre, but Prime Minister rejected it reposing confidence in him" said the newspaper headlines.

My nerves got heated up.I wanna do something.I wanna change something...(But ,as usual, i did nothing to change the existing...here comes the problem of INDIA ). A violent argument started between me and my dad.we both were continuosly swearing PC for being just a "VAI SOL VEERAR" and doing all the scam works behind the screen.My dad ,unknowingly ,pulled Karthick Chidambaram into the picture.we explored the entire scam history of PC and also about his CONFUSED election victory in Sivaganga constituency. After some 45 mins of non-stop cursing we ended it. Things were back to normal and so my nerves.

Then,I returned back to hostel pavilion.I was watching the closing ceremony of IPL 2010.Mr.Lalit Modi,Honourable chairman of IPLs,was on the mike...He portrayed the IPLs are clean and transparent.I was waiting for the moment of CSK lifting the trophy,but in the middle,this Modi irritated me to the core with his 3 pages of pre-written portrayals.My nerves got heated up on listening to his foxy speech.As usual,the heat went in vain.

On one fine afternoon of my study holidays, i was into a book called "ESSENTIALS OF MANAGEMENT by H.KOONTZ" that says some blah-blah about Z-Theory.Thats all, that magical z-theory pushed me into another state called "NAP",where

I was watching TV with my Dad and amma was outta home.Suddenly a Black Colored Bolero braked at the entrance of our house.Unbelivable!!!!! those two, P.Chidambaram and Lalit Modi ,got down from that Bolero and entered inside my house.(DONT ASK ME HOW,WHY!!!! I DONNO!!!! I JUST DREAMT)

Af if ,we were expecting their arrival, myself and my dad poured some bottles of Petrol on those two dignities and burnt them in our kitchen.Then ,as usual ,Police came,enquired and bla-bla...I donno how my dad managed to escape from the police.After the enquiry,the police decided that it was me who did that crime single-handed and they dragged me in to the jail.

After all these ,My mom came in to the picture and i could see her reddish face with all tears saying "Pappoo, I'm proud of u and U HAVE SACRIFICED FOR UR DAD....

Thats all i remember....I heard my friend screaming "DURGAAAAA, it's time for TEA"..

I blinked for a while and then instantly i felt safe.."GOD!!! i'm no longer in jail..me and my Dad are no longer criminals...my mom is no longer worried...It was just a dream...My heart says,"YOU ARE SAFE ...YOU ARE SAFE...YOU ARE SAFE"

Then ,as usual, I went back to normal state taking that particular Management book in my hand..But my mind was somewhere else.....thinking

"I'M SAFE NOW ....BUT WHEN WILL MY COUNTRY BE SAFE??? WHO WILL SAVE MY INDIA FROM THE FALSE HANDS OF SCAM???? IF I DO SUCH THING IN REAL LIFE ,WILL MY MOM BE REALLY PROUD OF THAT??? OR MY DAD WILL ASSIST ME FOR THAT???"

Where is the SOLUTION????

I went back to the z-theory ,with the only satisfaction that I SACRIFICED SOMETHING FOR MY DAD in the dream atleast

PS: Please dont blame me for the two names i've mentioned.They just came in my nap..My anger is against the entire scam

Who is a lame duck?

Can we say "those who are aggressive and chippy are only efficient and dynamic and others as lame duck?"

The recent Parliament elections have proposed a strong negative answer for this question. "NO".
Before elections ,the opposition parties joining hands with the media people depicted Dr.singh as the weakest Prime Minister everbefore.But Manmohan, a pragmatic man dint take their comments seriously.The election results only replied those people.


To be efficient and successful what we need is not agression but only firmness and goodness in our actions.What we are going to do for public is only poignant than addressing a gathering agressively and stirring their emotions.

Still you cant believe People will vote for emotions.Its only your action that sounds.

"Mahi",this is how the most wanted is fondly called!!!.You could have got about whom i'm talking.Its none other the charismatic captain of our cricket team, MAHENDRA SINGH DHONI.The Ranchi express have become a year older by this Jul 7th..

Mahi remains cool always(Despite losing Key matches too :{).His body language tells a lot.He has plumped for nearly 20 brands and he is the costliest bargain of the recent IPL where Super kings got a damn defeat.

Holiday Package!!!!

Poompuhar referred as ,Kaveripoompattinam in Silapadikaram,is one of the favourite hangouts for my friends.whenever we tour there, we can call up the past glories and tales of Chola kingdom.Situated at the estuary of River Kaveri, Poompuhar was an ancient port of the Cholas.The city has got many relics and statues belonging to Cholo era and after.

There are frequent references to this city in our ancient Tamil literature.The famous rulers of Chola dynasty like Sembiyan, Manuneethi Cholan and Karikala Cholan who carried myths with them, added to the glory of Poompuhar town. Poompuhar grew a great during the reign of Karikala Cholan. He conquered territories up to the Himalayas and made a pass into China through the Himalayas. On his return Karikala Cholan brought back the monuments and gifts like the korrappanda, presented by the Vajra king, the Pattimandabam by the Magatha King and the Thoranavayil by the Avanthi King. These were rulers who were defeated by Karikala Cholan and these items were exhibited them at Poompuhar.

Cool and shady river banks with trees and dense foliage, sacred passages from temples to the river for Gods to come and bathe, and the ringed wells on the fringes of the town were salient features of the town planning that have been noted during excavations. The town had a compound wall engraved with tiger emblem.


The gorgeous Silapadikara Art gallery has got a seven tiered building of great sculptural value.The beach is also beautiful and instinctive.Poompuhar,its not just a hangout mere to enjoy but we can have pleasant remembrance about our erstwhile dynasties , their culture and life styles.


The Sculptures and statues narrated Silapadikaram in a better way. Puhar,interesting holiday package indeed.

School,I'm very glad to congratulate Ms.KARTHIKA SANKAR of A.R.C for topping both Engg and Medical Rank list 2009(TN) by hitting centum in all the four core subjects.I think this is the first time , a student of Myladthurai has topped in Engg and Medical Aggregates.
